This is a Permanent, Part Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

If you have experience providing support and training for SystmOne or similar clinical systems, are passionate about your work and have fantastic communication skills, we want you to join our team!

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as one of two Clinical Systems Support Officers, each working for up to 18.75 hours a week. You will work closely with our Business Manager to create and implement plans for SystmOne development and training.

You will mostly be on site at the Hospice providing SystmOne support by working on new system developments; responding to ad-hoc queries; creating and updating training materials and providing SystmOne training for a variety of clinical and administrative roles. There will be some opportunity to work from home.

The successful candidate will be:

  • Experienced in providing high quality systems support and training
  • Highly organised and efficient, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and confident working independently
  • Flexible and used to adapting to changing priorities and multi-tasking.
