2 x Fundraising Coordinator roles available
12 month fixed-term contract
37.5 hours a week (part time hours considered)
This is a great opportunity for an organised and personable individual who has a thorough and meticulous approach to work to join our friendly and successful Fundraising Team. If you would like to help make a difference to the lives of local people with life-threatening illnesses, and their families, this could be the role for you.
You will help to nurture relationships with our supporters as well as providing a high level of administrative support to the Fundraising team. Acting as the first point of contact for supporters, you will answer queries, and take donations by telephone, by email and in person, as well as fulfilling thank you letters. You will also support the team with fundraising appeals and activities, helping to achieve the annual team budgets.
About you
You pay attention to detail and are driven to deliver the very best supporter experience possible to enhance our relationship with supporters to attract long term support for the Hospice.
You work well and thrive in a busy team environment in which the whole Income Generation team support each other to achieve targets.

St Gemma’s Hospice is an independent Leeds-based charity and one of the leading hospices in the UK, providing expert care and support for local people with life-limiting and terminal illnesses. We offer care to patients, families and carers in the Hospice’s In-Patient Unit, through the St Gemma’s community team, and at our Out-Patients.
We have around 300 employees working across the main Hospice site in Moortown, Retail Hub in Bramley, a large chain of charity shops, and out in the community.
