This is a , Part Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Clinical Administration team as a Bank Community Administrator. We need someone who would be available as and when needed to work full days (usually 9am – 5pm) on Mondays to Fridays, including during school holidays. You will provide an administrative service to our Community Nursing Team.

We are looking for an experienced, confident administrator with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment. You will be interacting with patients, relatives and healthcare professionals over the telephone, whilst providing a high level of support: registering referrals on our computer system, managing busy email inboxes and completing other admin tasks for the Community Team.
Previous experience working with SystmOne or in a clinical environment and the ability to multitask in a very busy office environment would be an advantage.

If you are a passionate and committed administrator who takes pride in your work, is flexible, and communicates well with patients, families and colleagues then St Gemma’s wants you to join their team.

We offer free car parking and subsidised meals and full training will be given.

To discuss this opportunity in greater detail please contact Santino Siwak (Clinical Administration Manager) on 01132185540, or email santino.siwak@st-gemma.co.uk
