HR Administrator - FTC

This is a Temporary, Part Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

We are looking for a hardworking and motivated individual to join our team as a HR Administrator. This is a 6 month fixed term contract with the potential to be extended to 12. The role is 30 hours per week. Some of the key duties will include: 

  • Assisting employees and line managers with a variety of queries.
  • Maintaining and updating a range of records systems/databases to ensure records are accurate, complete, and current.
  • Provide high quality administration support to the HR team.
  • Administration support for key HR projects.

You should enjoy working as part of a team and have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.  You will need a keen eye for detail, have a pro-active approach and be comfortable dealing with sensitive and confidential matters. 

Whilst ideal, HR experience is not essential as we are looking for a confident Administrator.
