This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

We have a fantastic opportunity to work within in our outstanding team as a Registered Nurse within a specialist palliative care unit.

We are looking to strengthen our team caring for palliative patients with complex needs.  Utilising and developing your existing skills.

Working with senior staff, you will role model the St Gemma’s values and behaviour framework.

As a Registered Nurse you will be expected to:

  • Care for a team of patients to an exceptional standard of care, with a 1:5 ratio
  • Internal rotation from days to nights
  • You will be able to bring your exemplary communication skills which will enable you to interact with patients and families alike.
  • Prepared to work in a busy and emotive environment
  • Keen to work in a strong and vibrant multi-disciplinary team

St Gemma’s Hospice is a Leeds-based charity providing expert care and support for local people with life-limiting and terminal illnesses. We offer care to patients and their carers in the Hospice’s In-Patient Unit, through the St Gemma’s community team, and via our day services, which include a Day Hospice and Out-Patient Department.
