St Gemma’s Hospice is seeking a Head Gardener to work within our Estates & Facilities Team. Working in our award-winning gardens you will support our Senior Maintenance Technician to lead the gardening team.
You will need to be organised, possess a broad range of gardening knowledge, and provide the highest standard for our patients, staff, and visitors.
Qualified to level 3 in Horticulture or equivalent is essential for the role.

St Gemma’s Hospice is an independent Leeds-based charity and one of the leading hospices in the UK, providing expert care and support for local people with life-limiting and terminal illnesses. We offer care to patients, families and carers in the Hospice’s In-Patient Unit, through the St Gemma’s community team, and at our Out-Patients.
We have around 300 employees working across the main Hospice site in Moortown, Retail Hub in Bramley, a large chain of charity shops, and out in the community.
