This is a Permanent, Part Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and skilled individual to work in the Hospice Young People’s Service.  You will have a relevant professional qualification (e.g. Social Worker, Counsellor, Teacher, Play Therapist, Nurse). You will have experience of working therapeutically with children, young people and their families. You will be able to provide pre and post bereavement support in a range of settings including schools, families’ homes and at the Hospice. Working with the team you will be able to plan, organise and deliver events throughout the year for children, young people and their families. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and possess the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment. You will be organised, able to prioritise and have excellent time management ability. You will be creative, warm, compassionate and empathic. You must be a car driver and have access to your own vehicle to use for work purposes.

The 22.5 hours will be worked over three days.  Evening and weekend sessions will also be necessary.
