We are seeking a part time Van Driver to support our Retail operation in a very busy and successful department made up of 26 charity shops across Leeds. The position is 22.5 hours a week (3 full days) and with the current rota, it is typically Wednesday – Friday. This is however subject to change, so we are looking for an individual who is able to be flexible with their working days, including weekends, overtime is often available to cover holidays and unexpected absence.
You will join our friendly team supporting our network of charity shops across Leeds. This will be a varied role, the main responsibilities will include the collection and delivery of donated stock/furniture from our warehouse as well as customers houses and moving stock between our shops across Leeds.
The successful candidate will be a will be a friendly, self-motivated individual who can work under their own initiative as well as working well in a team. Experience of driving a van, dealing with the public and good communication skills are essential.
